This has been one of the best lifting apps I've used in awhile. The info includes notes, alternative exercises, and video instructions. The workouts are challenging and are switched up every couple weeks. The only drawbacks are quality of life issues with the app. Videos should be embedded (not taking you to YouTube every time which for me, interrupts my music) and data entry can be cumbersome. I have used this for a few months now, but am off to try a new one, but 100% will use again.

I swear, this app. This workout program that Davis has created is the best program ever. Everyone starts somewhere and wants to end up at the gym. Some wouldn't know how to work out or what to do. This app explains everything, I literally mean everything. He goes into detail, the video demonstrations AND notes. I started gym and purchased his program when it came out and I've been using it since. I've gotten better, bigger and stronger. GET THIS APP.

Absolutely love the program itself but app needs some work. Often the workout doesn't save (either server error or doesn't show up later in the ledger). Plus u lose all data at midnight if u haven't saved it (very annoying for us late night lifters). It gives alternative exercises if u don't have certain equipment, which is great. But there are usually no video links to the alternatives, so you have to search YouTube. Love the quick cues, detailed instructions, and well filmed vids tho!
