The workouts and app are good but there is zero support and they won't accept anyone to the Facebook group. Any questions I have about the program go unanswered from support. Money grab for a basic app. I followed Brian for years on Instagram. And figured he was legit but just another scam. Very unfortunate

If i could give zero i would! I purchased nutrition plan and coaching, I paid $28 for 4 weeks, they sent me a message showing my nutrition plan and exercises should be available between 1 to 2 days, it's been 7 days now and I've not received any messages about my nutrition plans or exercises, I'm frustrated! They also said they will accept my request to join their Facebook group in just a day, but I sent multiple requests during 7 days and they never accepted me to join the group! I lost $28.

Program is good when functional. Customer service is extremely lacking/non-existent. Signed up with no response for over a week..taking money and not delivering the product.
