Doc Phytness provides online physical wellness and golf performance training. Dr. Jeff Seakan, a physical therapist and athletic trainer, will create a safe and effective, customized training program based on your health history and goals. You will be provided with a training schedule and a list of exercises, with videos and instructions for proper technique. You will be able to record your sets, reps and weights within the app to keep you on track to meet your goals. Dr. Jeff will be notified each time you have completed a workout to help hold you accountable. In addition, you will have the ability to directly contact him with any questions.
