I've been working with Rowan for about 4 months and have made noticeable improvements. My balance is better while hiking on talus, my Vo2 max has improved, and I have gotten stronger, particularly in my core. Rowan has been able to make adjustments based on travel and what equipment I have available to me. I feel well on my way to meeting my hiking goals!

Rowan Smith's Summit Strength has been fantastic for my hiking progress. I signed up for my third season of SS to prepare for this year's summer hiking plans. Rowan puts together strength conditioning routines that have been tuned to my needs and are both challenging yet not overwhelming. A call with Rowan's nutritionist heled immensely. The interaction and shared experiences of other people in the SS community via the private SS Facebook group and the weekly coaching calls on Zoom are valuable.
