App complete trash!! The facility is good. Staff are mostly polite, but the app is complete trash. Regardless of membership level, you can never sign up for courses on it. I have the highest membership and only go to one specific trufit. Never have been able to sign up for class online. I can when I call the facility or when I walk in, but not on the app. Whomever owns these facilities consider hiring better Devops staff!

Unfortunately, like others have said, this app is completely useless both on iPhone and Android. I have never been able to sign in and am always met with a "no network connection" error no matter how many times I try to resend the invite email (which I never got to begin with) and gain access to my account. The gym is great, but the lack of a digital key card is frustrating!

Do NOT Get Stuck With This! Got signed up on vacation. Was told there was a location in my area. Got gome and it turned out the location doesn't open until late October. So of course asked to pause my membership while there are no facilities for me to use. I've tried EVERYTHING. Emails, letters, calls, everything in the app too. I've paid $300 so far for a membership I can't use and NO ONE at TruFit will help. WORST MISTAKE I'VE EVER MADE AT A GYM!
