I forgot to pay my balance yesterday (separate card for subscriptions) by accident. They charged me 2.5x the biweekly fee just as a late fee, and I have been harrassed by three separate phone calls after paying the tab. I put up with this for the sake of my friends, but stay far away. I told them gently not to call me and they said that they put people in collections within two days of a late fee. It's a gym. Instead of disabling their membership, they act like car repossessers. Disgusting.

Totally disfunctional and useless app. Unfortunately you HAVE TO use this app to sign up for classes. However, the app no longer allows you to sign up for classes. If you plan to join youfit to attend classes, don't bother! The app says "class not found" every time you try to reserve your spot. Sorry. 5/22/23 Suddenly I'm able to sign up for class but.. Why is it so difficult to select a new default home gym?? This app always defaults to your ORIGINAL location, even if they have NO classes. Bad.

Does not allow you to delete/remove your payment info from the app. So if you add a new credit card, it won't let you remove the old one, which seems like a security risk. I don't like that they are holding onto credit card information that they don't need. The QR code for entering the gym also never worked for me so I had to get a physical card.
