My name is Jasper Silvis, founder of Vision Based Fitness. I have been certified in personal training, life coaching and sports nutrition since 2012, and continue to improve and explore my knowledge base and experience in those fields. I am also the senior instructor at the Traditional Wing Chun Kung Fu Academy of Philadelphia, where I teach close quarters tactical defense. One of my joys during the Spring is my role as assistant track coach at our local middle school, providing specialized training as a USA Track & Field Level 1 coach (I also volunteer as staff at the Penn Relays).
