The service is good, but the app itself isn't user friendly at all. Please put in back buttons, or a way to modify skipped activity, or etc. One accidental click on an exercise and you either have to do it, or force close the app to get out of it. Accidently skip? No problem, you will be forced to answer why you skipped, and not given an opportunity to complete it for the day. So much more, so little characters left that I can type

Extremely Buggy - Very Frustrating to Use I love the idea of virtual physical therapy. The concept of this app is great however the execution stinks. The app is supposed to have video demonstrations of the exercises - very important. But lately more than half the videos don't work and all you see is a black block where the video is supposed to play. Next the timing is inconsistent. Supposed to do 10 reps but one tick might be 1 s, the next 1.5 s, the next .75 sec, etc. More but no space.

The app has been stable for me. Everything works as I expect it to. The process is working too, in most ways it is better than in-person PT. The majority of the sounds are useless unless I crank up the volume. The "next rep" sound and the "start" sound are too soft, not percussive enough to get through ordinary noise without excessive volume. Also, the list of reasons for skipping an exercise don't include any of the reasons that I have skipped, but that seems less important to me.
