RecoveryOme allows me to communicate with PTs and a coach from the comfort of my own home and rate the exercises to get a more personalized experience without having to navigate childcare for office visits. I check them off as I go in the app so I don't have to shuffle around printed papers from a PTs office. Highly recommend for anyone needing help with pain or mobility!

This app works well for me. I have not had any crashing or glitching. As for the content, my questions/concerns are answered quickly-the coaches and PT staff are very responsive. I always have the option to add notes after each exercise, which is helpful when I have questions or need to modify an exercise. I also like that I can "favorite" an exercise so that I can go back to my favorites any time I want. The calendar feature to track progress is also nice.

The app has been stable for me. Everything works as I expect it to. The process is working too, in most ways it is better than in-person PT. The majority of the sounds are useless unless I crank up the volume. The "next rep" sound and the "start" sound are too soft, not percussive enough to get through ordinary noise without excessive volume. Also, the list of reasons for skipping an exercise don't include any of the reasons that I have skipped, but that seems less important to me.
