This app works well for me. I have not had any crashing or glitching. As for the content, my questions/concerns are answered quickly-the coaches and PT staff are very responsive. I always have the option to add notes after each exercise, which is helpful when I have questions or need to modify an exercise. I also like that I can "favorite" an exercise so that I can go back to my favorites any time I want. The calendar feature to track progress is also nice.

I hope you don't have epilepsy. The app crashed 4 times in a 17 minute session. It flickered, I hard closed, reopened, logged in, restarted the session ... until it happened again. I uninstalled, restarted my phone, resynced to wifi, reinstalled, and had the same problems. I eventually finished my 17-minute session on my desktop. Also, the app doesn't automatically resize to all phones. I have a Samsung Galaxy 9+ and I can't read everything and it won't always pan or scroll.

I love this app in theory. Pros are the flexibility of using this app anytime or place instead of a scheduled block of time & it is free to me thru my insurance. Con is there is no option to give feed back within each exercise if you choose a positive multiple choice answer. I was able to do this in clinic for example: "I can do this exercise but I have to modify it to perform without injury." When I am done with the session and think about starting a chat but by then I can't remember the name.
