The Tranquil app provides all the necessary functionality to use the Tranquil Watch.

Connect this app to your Tranquil watch to get access to the device's world class features.

Know where your loved one is at anytime from anywhere. The map screen allows you to keep an eye out and check where they've been over the course of the day.

Prevent wandering with alerts when the user leaves home or goes into/out of a certain area. This means that if your loved one wanders or leaves the house at an unsafe time, you can find them quickly.

Speak with them any time they're lost, in danger or disorientated. The Tranquil uses two-way calling, allowing you to call them any time you need or if they need you in an emergency. Emergency calls can be set to come through whenever the user leaves their home, or not at all.

I spent several weeks looking for an alzheimer tracking device which had geo-fencing capabilities, was waterproof, long battery life, had the auto call feature, and came with a locking strap. BINGO! This one checks all the boxes, so I ordered it. We are thrilled with this device! Highly recommend and the customer service is great also. Not sure why other reviewer have issues with accuracy- it has been spot on every time. Consider the watch an investment in keeping your loved one at home.

this app is garbage and embarrassing that it would even be considered to help the elderly. the login information the company provided by default didn't work. had to contact them for a new password. the forgot password option sends a code that says {code}. God forbid you forget your password because their forgot password option is broke. the entire software app seems like it was put together by some amateurs and the apple version app back button didn't even work on my brothers iphone.

The watch is great. The locking band was removed by my brother without the key. The gps does have normal gps problems which are not the watches fault. It is a game changing tool for wanderers, while still giving them a great measure of freedom and autonomy. I hope someday the developers realize using the default phone notification sound is not adequate. An important notification like this needs to have it's own selectable sound.
