It'll be of good help just as I see it. Some of the workers don't know exactly the fault of a particular phone and will be giving us wrong information and false price. I want there with my old Itel S16 to see the fault and did the repairing, it fell from three story building and doesn't come when I switched on. The work told me it's charging system and screen so it'll cost GHC480.

I visited Carlcare because my phone was charging extremely slowly, taking up to 30 hours to reach a full charge. The Carlcare team diagnosed the issue as a faulty motherboard that needed replacement. However, I decided to sell the phone as a dead phone, but the buyer fixed it for KSH 600 ($3.9), and it started charging properly. On another visit to Carlcare for a minor issue, they recognized me and claimed it was a motherboard problem again, but I resolved it by performing a factory reset.
