A good app with a pleasant design, but after you're like 75% thru the process of the journaling it asks you to sign up for an annual subscription. I wish there was a limited free version that I could still save my entries with or something, but I understand they have to make money, and the subscription price isn't expensive. I'm giving it 3 stars because it was still a bit helpful before the paywall

Thank you for review! You can save your entries without subscription, but work with intermediate beliefs and adaptive response only for subscribers. Also work with deep beliefs is free) So, I think you should give it another try! Have a good one)

This is a cool app and a good way to help me see how having so many negative Thoughts lead to my negative Emotions (anxiety, fear, anger). And that those irrational emotions create such false Beliefs, and finally justify disruptive and irrational Behavior. I see different perspective from prompts in the app. This app makes me dispel my own false belief and come up with a new one. I hope I can afford to buy the premium in a few months! Thanks for valuable insight into my emotions and beliefs! ❤️

Early days in using the app, but so far the best of it's kind that I've tried. My only request is some form of backup, even if it's to local storage.
