The buy 1 get 1 free offer was refused at one of their restaurants. After "escalating" to the management it was confirmed that the offer didn't exist anymore. We left the restaurant without ordering anything. Then they asked us to come back as they would honor the offer... which we refused as we had already left. Call and check the offers before going anywhere.

Using this app so far has been an absolute breeze. Cant get over the brilliance of getting unlimited redemptions across a large number of venues in the UAE. Saved a ton with the app already. So far so good, fact that I can't login on both of my phone's is a bit annoying but it makes sense since its membership linked. Customer service and app UX is sublime.

The app has not been working for over 2 weeks now. On one side theyre sending me notifications to claim my discounts and free scoops via the app and when i go to use these vouchers all the locations claim that the app isnt working.
