There are multiple issues in the app - 1. I am not able to add products in the list. There are only 2 products I am able to add till now. Its showing product name already existing when there is no such product created by me. 2. GST Vehicle number has been made mandatory even when its not required for e way bill. There are many such small bugs in the app. Its a good product though.

I am using treflo since last six months...it was excellent to create invoices and maintain my business records as free user....but last one month, facing bad experience as when i try to edit or add new customer screen showing " authenticating"....after that not moving ahead. when i tried customer care toll free number it was not working and sent email, no reply received,last contacted on WhatsApp recived reply " try log out and relogin the application..that also not working.

Though this application lacks many core features still I trustedthe app because they are working hard to make new changes, but recently I faced an issue with its Mobile application, which is not opening, showing SERVICE UNAVAILABLE. This kind of things can not be accepted while doing business. Extremely unprofessional
