My system has been secure for many years with this app and hub. It will alert you to new things trying to connect to your network. It will let you know very quickly if anything is behaving out of norm an block or suspend until you approve it. It will monitor devices and recommend updates or potential security risk for device and gives solutions too fix them.

I have this with the HNS Box. Not really suited for people with little or no networking knowledge, I'm about MID knowledgeable and it has taken me many hours To get it to work correctly. Plus the renewal costs more than what I paid for the original Box!. Plus when it goes offline, all your devices are left unprotected. I also dislike the fact if you put your online devices on a different subnet to your othwr devices, it won't let you monitor it. MY SUBSCRIPTION EXPIRED AND IT CHEAPER TO BUY NEW

my trend micro device never turns green so I can't use it and there's no way to figure out what to do now basically I'm out of luck --- update ---- So apparently the documentation provided was not clear enough. The light will turn green but only under the following conditions. You must first connect the network cable then the power....or perhaps the other way around. At any rate it is possible to connect these 2 in the wrong order and end up unable to get it to go green.
