Firstly, I never knew this was an auto renewal subscription of $283 24 Feb 2024. Secondly, I can't even get a refund as my old email service was closed and I can't recover the password I cannot remember. I can't even request a cancellation of this service. Lots of AI as a chat bot, but very little human care/ service. This is why I hate tech companies. Never again will I fall for this purchase through Harvey Norman.

The last update was November 2023 ! There's already a lot of changes in cybersecurity, but this app lags and is antiquated on updates. Behind the latest trend ! Thank you for the response, but unfortunately, I didn't understand . Please respond in ENGLISH.

Great app. I have loved what is offers up to this point. Needed an update so I tried to update it in play store and it just spins "waiting for download". I have tried cancelling the update and re-trying. I uninstalled the app and now I can't re-install because the same issue is occurring. I have a child's internet paused that I now can't unpause because i can't access the app (you can imagine how much frustration that is causing)
