my trend micro device never turns green so I can't use it and there's no way to figure out what to do now basically I'm out of luck --- update ---- So apparently the documentation provided was not clear enough. The light will turn green but only under the following conditions. You must first connect the network cable then the power....or perhaps the other way around. At any rate it is possible to connect these 2 in the wrong order and end up unable to get it to go green.

I have this app and HNS station. It would be nice if alerts are shown in LED and in app. But app alert notifications are always delayed and app timeline is useless. On device vulnerability it only gives you suggestions not resolutions. I get spam text messages on my phone but app and HNS station don't catch it. I don't even know how my wifi connection is protected..

Intermittently and unpredictably blocks *all* iOS devices (and several others, including TV STBs) even though I have approved them and changed operating mode as instructed by the app's help. Now I understand why the original purchaser gave it to me for free. Would anybody care for an elegant black paperweight?
