It works, but it could stand improvement. There's no way to mark classes as favorites, no way to mark times as favorites. When 8am hits, it slows right down as everyone's fighting for the same swim lanes. That slow down has improved now that we don't have to reserve gym slots. There's an indicator that shows how full a class is (great!), but doesn't share raw numbers (is it 1/2 or 20/40?), and only shows up if your font is smaller (I think that's what it is, comparing my phone and another).

Extremely fast scheduling when classes open directly seven days in advance @ exactly 8:00am Also, nice layout of all other information. Thank you to all staff and facility at Stork.

"Site is currently under heavy load." With the number of members the Y of Three Rivers has, I would expect they'd be able to build a server that could handle the traffic, even at its heaviest. Plus, our account has two members, but can't find a way in the app to switch members so I can book for both. I was hoping tge app would be better than the clunky web bookings, and it is, so long as I'm only booking for one member.

Hi Ruth, thank you for your feedback and sorry for the issues you're running into when trying to book. We've made some changes which should improve performance at peak times going forward. As for switching member accounts, if their emails match once you're logged in you should be able to switch accounts by clicking your name in the left menu.
