TRI-AD Benefits on the GO provides the following functionality:

• Accounts: View your benefit accounts and transaction details
• Cards: View card details, access PIN, mark your card as lost or stolen
• Claims: Submit a claim, add receipt images, and view pending claims
• Profile: View and update personal demographic information for yourself and your dependents
• Alerts: Access important messages from your administrator
• Settings: Update login preferences

App used to work great, now I suddenly can't login. I can log in on a web browser, so there is no problem with my account, just with the app. The app says to call Triad if you have login problems, but triad says they cannot help with app issues, that they don't have a technical team, no way to contact the developers, no way to help. I hope the developers see this because triad customer service is clueless. Or if they are right and there are no developers, why have an app you don't support?

The app force stops any time I try to use it. The representative on the phone told me that was my issue and they couldn't help me get into my account any other way. I have un-installed and reinstalled the app 3 times. I have restarted my phone. The app has force stopped at least 9 times. No help available from the company to solve this issue.

So many kids of awful. Have to wait 5 minutes for a confirmation code every time you want to log in. No way to see previous uploaded receipts or any information on what was reimbursed. Buggy. Signs out when shifting focus....5 minutes to sign back in.
