I fell in love with this app from my first experience. I bought the full version immediately. Six months later and I'm still loving this app just as much- maybe even more, since at this point I have gained so much much from applying mindfulness to all areas of my life. Beautiful app, well delivered, and the tone of voice and pace of speaking really couldn't be better. Thanks for taking the time to make such a helpful and thoughtful app!
Best mindfulness app I suffer from panic attacks and severe anxiety as well as insomnia. I use this app every night to help me fall asleep. During the day I use the guided meditation to calm my racing thoughts. It's a critical part of my therapy, learning how to think myself out of anxiety. Thank you Reuben for this app and with your help getting this app transferred to my new phone.
Very helpful I have very much appreciated all aspects of this app. Having argued with depression for several years, I have had volumes of information about mindfulness thrown at me and, though interested in the concept, have been bogged down by information overload. The knowledge section has cut out a lot of the airy fairy language and misconceptions that put me off mindfulness and meditation for a long time, and presented them in a straightforward, accessible manner. Thank you.
I had some trouble downloading the app but I think it was just how slow my mobile was. I definitely need to practice pacience! I love this app! Both the info and the audios are brilliant. They are helping me so much! Thanks!!!
I really like this app. The knowledge section is interesting and written in a straightforward way. The meditations are helpful and (unlike many apps I have tried) I like the voice and style used. In terms of further improvement, it would be helpful if the knowledge section opened at the last place read or marked sections as read on the contents page. Thank you for a great mindfulness experience.
Very good! Hi guys, i downloaded the app and thanks. However, can you make it so that the message of the day (when the app starts) stays on my screen a little longer? Id like to be able to read and think about it and then move on to the main menu. I think a lot of us would benefit from this. Thank you!
