can't sign in for live TV anymore, just goes in a loop

I can never stream Mets games on the App this season "The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported."

The app works great except that I get notifications for a specific news, I click on it & it takes me a screen where it's showing previously recorded news but doesn't show the news it notified me of. Then the next problem is the "mass amount of clickbait". Come the f*** on. A reputable broadcasting local news and it has to lie about the title? That pisses me off. I expect it on f**king YouTube, not the news. Title say one thing and the body says completely different.
