Tell JetShift your home city, destination, and travel dates. Add your usual sleep and meal times. JetShift does the rest — generating a day-by-day schedule across three phases:
Pre-trip: gradually shift your bedtime, wake time, and mealtimes toward your destination's timezone, at a comfortable pace of up to an hour per day.
During the trip: follow a schedule locked to local time at your destination.
Post-trip: ease back to your home routine over the same number of days.
Daily log
Check in each day to record when you actually woke up, went to sleep, and ate. Rate your sleep quality to track how well the adjustment is working.
Built for real travel
JetShift handles the tricky stuff: large east-west timezone gaps, half-hour and quarter-hour offsets (India, Nepal, Chatham Islands), and daylight saving time transitions. Whether you're crossing two time zones or twelve, JetShift finds the most efficient adjustment path.
Your data stays on your device
JetShift works entirely offline. Everything you enter — your trip details, routine, and logs — is stored locally on your device and never transmitted anywhere. There are no accounts, no sign-up, and no internet connection required.
