Frustration level 1000. have not been able to access this app on my phone. spoke to chat, customer service, chat and still no resolution. customer service rep told me to get another device. This device has always worked. It is a fairly new phone. Never had a problem until the last week. No access at all. I have done every trouble shooting process asked of me. Not helpful at all at customer service. poor customer service!!

Just disappointed, at least once a week the app gets stuck for about 2 hours loads will not refresh and we miss out on money. You call they have an automated voice telling you they are "AWARE" of the situation and trying to come to a resolve. Lastly, you cannot get someone on the phone unless you are upgrading or starting your services. You cannot have a complaint or issue and get someone on the phone. I'm just unhappy plainly put. I am switching to DAT again

With recent update, you spend more time looking at loads for the equipment you don't have then you do actually looking at useful information. Ex. I have a step deck, now all flatbed loads show up in results even when flat bed isn't selected. You can sort by equipment but then you can't sort by rate or mile rate once you sorted by equipment. Very disappointed with truckstop for making us waste so much time now when trying to find a load.
