Caregivers will be able to see all scheduled shifts, prior shifts, and clock in and out. Clients will be able to see caregivers on assignment and manage caregiver time.

True Helix offers app-to-app connections for healthcare professionals and clients to directly interact, offer, and fill shifts with one another. Our system is designed for per diem, travel nursing, home care, locums, allied healthcare, and all other healthcare positions.

The True Helix software is specifically built for staffing firms, healthcare facilities, home health providers, and Managed Service Provider (MSP) clients.

Given 1 star as ZERO stars is not an option. Changing to this garbage app just because it was company developed is a poor choice as it was a change from something that typically worked well daily to something that absolutely NEVER works at all. I will absolutely NOT trust the future of my pay on garbage that is untrustworthy. Hard pass. Never discontinue something that works when you can't guarantee 100% efficiency of its replacement. This is worse than the launch of the initial app.

Absolute trash. Never had any issues with previous app. Now the company has me wasting more time doing time sheets. Why was the change even implemented? I'd the original app wasn't broken, why did we change. I would call this app a tool, but tools are useful. Fix yourselves.

Version that updated after installing again is not the correct version..i had to completely uodate all my information.. I was late to punch in how it aiuldnt recognize my password after resetting it 3 times...The Helix is not a good app the older ine was better.
