The app worked great for a time, but for at least the past year, I don't get any kind of notifications, even though I had previously (phone calls, emails, push notifications). The options in the app for notification settings does not save any changes you make, and it doesn't even send email receipts for the charges anymore.

They sell you hard on using the app...only problem is that it's completely useless. It exists to accomplish nothing, as you'll inevitably have to call them regardless for anything. How hard is it to develop an app for scheduling appointments? Apparently it's impossible. Oh you'd like to pay us for our service? Too bad, we are going to make you jump through eleven hoops if you want any service from us. The amount of opportunities missed from a business perspective are astonishing from my view.

The app is not bad, but it appears to have limited features and functionality. For example, I wanted to pay a bill a couple weeks ago and the option to do so just wasn't there, but ha been at other times. Inconsistent. Also, customer service is not great. For contact options, you can email with a request for reply. I have NEVER gotten a reply. Also, I have repeatedly asked for more than a one day notification for upcoming service. I get a half promise, but it never changes.
