Shot videos twice. Saved to download on Wi-Fi to see if that worked better than the first try using a cell data connection. It got hung up in the app, refused to download and then the video vaporized itself. Since the video is stored in the app somewhere, I can't even save the video to try and use it in a different platform. It would be nice to have this fixed on Zillow. And yes, I have uninstalled and re-installed the Premier Agent App.
The video NEVER uploads. Compete waste of time like so many others have reported here. Don't waste your time with the video or this app
After taking multiple videos to upload later, the app deletes them all. Wasted hours of my time. After a month, support still can't fix the app. Terrible for a company as big as Zillow!
Freezes all the time. Keeps sending me notification to update a contact, even when it's not necessary. Sometimes lead status resets to "New". - using Google Pixel XL - android 8.0.
Didn't allow video upload.
Videos never upload properly. Always get to about 80% of loading and then stop.
