About this app

The Truma iNet X App enables you to conveniently control all the central functions in your caravan or motor home on your smartphone and continually keep an eye on key status indicators. Additional practical functions will be made available in future.

The App is the mobile version of your Truma iNet X (Pro) Panel, meaning you can set the hot water for the shower from the comfort of your bed or monitor key values while relaxing on your lounger. A Bluetooth connection is currently required for this purpose. All settings are automatically synchronised in real time.

*Scope of functions*
All the basic functions available in your iNet X (Pro) Panel are also replicated in the App. In this way, you are able to control your air conditioning system, heater and hot water, set the automatic climate control and much more, for example.
The resource indicator is also integrated in the App – allowing you to keep track of everything. It is also possible to control monitoring and switch functions from your own smartphone.

*Regular updates and improvements*
The App is being continually optimised and extended by new practical functions. Please note: The App is also required to perform updates to your panel. This is the only way you will benefit from all further developments and keep the system up-to-date.

*Specific help for issues*
Sometimes issues are tricky to avoid - but there is often a quick fix for them. The App displays specific messages incl. measures to solve such issues rather than fault codes.

*Customised configuration*
Your vehicle, your choice: Configure the App simply to your own preferences in no time at all and specify which information will be visible in your personalised overview. In addition to the room climate and inside and outside temperatures, the dashboard provides space for your indispensable resources and switches.

*Continual further development of the system*
The Truma iNet X System can be both updated and extended and is therefore fit for the future. New functions and devices are being added on a continual basis, which can also be integrated at a later stage. Camping is becoming increasingly comfortable, connected and safer in a step-by-step manner. In one word: smarter.

Ratings and reviews

The app only has a few functions, but nevertheless feels rather slow. The current version (November 2025) has a bug with the timers. More often than not, they just don't work and you wake up to still cold water. That such obvious bugs are not fixed quickly is another point of frustration. The app is only updated very few times per year. Which also means missing useful features are never added (e.g. set a time limit for heating water: "heat for 2h only, then switch off").

Great app. i'm using it with an Alde system. A couple of things that would make it even better: More timers and may be add days, or one-off. Add a short Boost for water and heating (e.g. heat for 1 hour). Allow items to be removed from home page as well as changing the order.

This never holds the Bluetooth connection. Every time you want to use it you have to re pair it by holding it close to the panel. So it's completely pointless. If you have to do that your might as well just use the control panel. so nearly a year later it's worse than ever. I have to hold the phone so close to the display panel toilet a Bluetooth connection is quicker and easier to just use the panel itself. complete waste of time.

What’s new

Starting now, Truma CAN devices (such as CombiNeo, Aventa 2. G or RVcore 12V) that are part of the iNet X system can be conveniently updated via the iNet X App. Just a few taps to keep your devices up to date.
