As a leader, this app has created more work for me. I'm sure the ability to reduce labor costs by being inaccessible to staff is a plus for executives, but the dissatisfaction this causes isn't going to help with revenue loss from increased turnover. Most days I'd rather use paper & pencil to track needs and fill holes than this app.

Not user friendly. No easy to read calendar function...you know, like what pretty much everyone in the world looks at to determine their schedules. You have to scroll through a bunch of shifts to be able to get to the most recent date. Serious downgrade from Shifthound and Smart Square.

This app doesn't open correctly. I try to pick up shifts on an unreliable app and it effects my job and my check. Beyond disappointing. I wonder how much money our hospital spends working in conjunction with this 🥴
