Very disappointing experience. We've been following up for over 2 months, but our emails, calls, and messages have been ignored or received delayed responses. The salesperson stopped responding after the sale, and there's no proper customer support to contact. We were promised induction videos and app recipes, but couldn't access them. Poor service, no accountability, and no resolution despite repeated follow-ups. Would not recommend.

Very bad experience, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. They becomes very insensitive after 1 st month, basically because of money back police period, and all they want is to watch their videos and buy their super over priced items irrespective of the clients schedule. Their app is not user friendly and filled with videos only. I wasted my money. It's like I paid for getting these overpriced food items for 6 months only. Their many items are high in calories and less in quantity.

Hello my dietician have given me new diet chart however I am not able to see the updated meal plan in the meals section. I have synced the app for about 100 times now but still there is no change. It has been 3 days. I have contacted my coach as well as support team via mail but still they have not resolved the issue till now. It is very disaapointing that this is taking too long to resolve my issue. Kindly solve this issue as soon as possible.
