Truyu is Australia's first digital identity protection tool that alerts you when your identity is being used or misused online so that you can keep what belongs to you, with Truyu.

TRUYU ALERTS (SUBSCRIPTION)
- Identity Check Alerts: Be notified when a business does an ID* or credit check on you, so you can spot anything unusual. In the event you receive an ID alert, and it was not you, it could be an instance of identity misuse. Truyu will provide recommendations to help re-secure your information as efficiently as possible and avoid additional harm or loss.
- Credit Activity Alerts: Be notified when your credit file is accessed or a credit account is opened in your name, enabling you to catch unauthorised credit activity early before it impacts your ability to get approved for loans or credit cards.
- Email Leak Alerts: Stay in the know if your details are found on the dark web. We’ll alert you if you have been exposed in a data breach so you can act quickly.

We are currently in pilot and we look forward to hearing your feedback as you use the service. Truyu is a mobile application that has been built by x15ventures which is wholly owned CommBank. Truyu is in the early stages and growing fast. We continue to improve and innovate within the digital protection space and expand our merchant coverage (currently more than 60% coverage).
We do not have full coverage of all ID checks, so you should use Truyu in conjunction with your normal fraud-prevention behaviours.
