What a freaking joke. I reloaded Rs.100 × 3 and received 500MB night bonus each time. Then I activated the Rs.99 Anytime pack. After 12 AM, I downloaded a movie, but instead of using my night bonus data, Airtel deducted my normal data and my Anytime data. What's the point of giving bonus data if your system doesn't even use it correctly? This is misleading and extremely frustrating. I've had enough. I cut up my SIM card and threw it away because I'm not interested in using this provider anymore

Top scammers.. Sad to see a decent service provider becoming a money-looting business... They reduced my network speed to the core 2 months ago and I have complained multiple times but still no solutions, and asking to buy big packs for good performance whereas I've been using the same package for 4 years and all these times had no issues, one guy from technical openly admitted my coverage speed was being slowed down.... Please don't activate their packages try other sims, unless you want -5G..

Be cautious. I used app to activate my prepaid package. But when I tried to activate a data package it gave a message payment declined. But my payment has processed. Then I tried to resolve the issue customer care officers had no clues of payment. There for I assume that airtel scam money through this app
