compared to other NSP's apps, This is surely number 1. very well designed,easy to navigate... almost no flaws for an app that is designed to the subject. all the app pros aside, 'the service',most important part is lacking. -pkges & data rates are higher/ benefits are lower than other services(unlike old airtel that everyone loved) -not enough pkg options to choose -insane speed limits for pkges(I've experienced telegram) I hope you to consider.

Airtel is being worse recently. With internet connection issues and horrible internet speed, I hate airtel. I cannot even send WhatsApp messages, take voice calls, even cannot do simple search in Google due to worst connection. Earlier there was no connection issues, internet speed was very fast, this problem occurred just one or two months ago. I used airtel packages since 2 years nothing happen to speed or connection those days. But now I can't use any social media, YouTube, zoom or anything.

My airtel app is providing one of the worst payment gateways. i have several times I'm facing the issue. when I try to reload through my airtel app some times it's showing payment is successful and I have received the reload. sometimes it's showing as payment unsuccessful and I haven't received the reload but their deducted the money from my bank account. moreover I contact the airtel customer care and complain regarding this. but their always said, we are not received your payment.
