Ratings and reviews

I've used this application on two Android devices and three iPhones. The Android phones all have weird connection issues with vending machines, where it either takes upwards of 20 seconds to connect or it doesn't connect at all. The iPhones all work as intended. The application is highly convenient for what it offers, and customer support is great when there's an issue with vending. However, when the application doesn't work as intended, I get nothing.

Usually pretty good, sometimes when machines are broken, contact customer service and get money refunded, the reason for the 1 star review is because the app ate my money, I had a balance, reloaded the card with more money, and when I loaded it on the card my previous balance was wiped out. Usually this autocorrects in a few days, but this time it did not, I contacted customer service and they were like um no it didn't... I advise you not to use this app.

A great feature would be the ability to send reminders in app to the previous users who have forgotten their items in machines. I live in ana apartment complex. We have 5 washers and dryers shared by 48 units. People leave items over night. It would be great to select a machine and send a pre-typed, message to previous user, "come get your stuff!" Maybe a 15 minute delay before another can be sent to prevent spamming. it would certainly increase the number of transactions.
