Ratings and reviews

This app is very difficult to use, but I have to do so in order to get my laundry done. They offered me a free dryer run if I confirmed my email address. But once I did so, the free offer disappeared. And maybe it's not their fault, but one load in the dyer is $3.75, yet it comes out 67 minutes later sopping wet. Expensive, bad user setup, scam offers.

If there's a problem just email them, they'll answer quickly and give you a refund, at times you don't even gotta email them the app itself will detect a problem with the transaction and stop it from processing payment. Pretty reliable, sometimes it takes a second to connect to the machines and if for some reason it doesn't, unplug the cord and plug it right back (luckily for me there's enough space behind it so I can do this). There are many payment options and games for credits.

Just downloaded. I hate it. it is not registering all the available machines. the qr code on the available machine just takes me to the app. chat box just keeps saying sorry can you repeat that. the price to do one load of laundry TRIPLED from when we could only use quarters. ill take the inconvenience of getting quarters to do laundry OVER PAYING TRIPLE WHAT I WAS PAYING just for an app. the machines are SINGLE LOAD. they didnt even upgrade THE WASHING MACHINES FOR AN APP THAT DOES NOT WORK!!!!
