Refunds are not processed, Money disappears, No way to contact. I have a pending refund that I submitted on February 12th. today is July 6th. I cannot submit another refund because the app tells me that I need to wait for the first one. when I attempt to open the help page, it's just blank. there's no way to send an email, and there are no contact phone numbers. I had money in my account because you need to load money in $10 increments which I hadn't spent. that money has disappeared.

Complaints: This app is actually a version of PayRange which is a good app. 1. needs to allow the minimum payment lowered to $5.00, currently the minimum is $10.00. 2. Impossible to change payment methods (credit cards). Got an overdraft today because it would not allow me to edit or add a new card. A dmfew minor tweaks and I might give it **** rating.

Ive been using this app for about a year. The app works well in terms of starting machines (although Bluetooth connection to machines is a bit slow). What is frustrating is the service request always "fails to report" for the entire year that I've been usng it. and theres no one else to report through flr broken machines. Additionally it always asks if I want to add more time for an extra charge. It never actually adds more time bht sometimes charges me and the refund request also never works
