Ive been using this app for about a year. The app works well in terms of starting machines (although Bluetooth connection to machines is a bit slow). What is frustrating is the service request always "fails to report" for the entire year that I've been usng it. and theres no one else to report through flr broken machines. Additionally it always asks if I want to add more time for an extra charge. It never actually adds more time bht sometimes charges me and the refund request also never works

As is typical with overuse of technology, when the app is unable to get credit balance from a server, I am locked out of using my own money even though I can see the machine available and see that I have more than enough balance to do 10 loads. It took less than a month for this system to fail so I am excited about my future frustrations.

Consistently it will show I have $0 balance when I in fact do have a balance. I need to log out and back in for it to show. Now no matter what I do it shows $0 but when I go to reload it shows I have money. Now I can only load $10 at a time. The ability to be flexible with my additions is gone. Our wash/dry is $3 per load. I want to load multiples of 3, not flat $10. Also you now have to wait 5 min between loading your balance.
