A very beautiful app. No ads no frevious follows or notification. Just helps you to have meditation, breathing and other practices regularly. With more beautiful filters according to your level, time preference and practice of your choice. Mentors have soothing voices and clear instructions to follow throughout practice. I am keeping it forever.

i tried many meditation apps available on the store A few of them were up to the standard .tbh I was looking for a special kind of app in my own language ie in Hindi with daily online .it is an excellent meditation app i can say . first day it's very defical to constrate body or mind in one place because sound comes every where and it's very deficalt to leasin one sound that is om but yes you guide me then definately we achieve our goals. Thanks with regards om sai ram
