Useless updates Ads everywhere !!!! Credit card payment for topup is not available. Please take more seriously you customers' feedback! Please give it more attention and activate saving credentials option and use biometric access to save our time during login, is it that hard? Last one, please do not cut our connection with our home country by blocking all IPs from outside, that's the pure failure in cyber security and the least efficient solution, simply because you also block your customers.

You need to refresh your internet plan so you open your MyTT app and activate your favorite one! Oh but that would have been too easy! You need a working internet connection to be able to use the app that allows you to activate an internet plan! And of course, because just opening the app would have been far too easy, you have 75% chance of being asked for your login and password again! Saving your credentials would have been too much to ask! Seriously, put some effort into it!

I could no longer connect to my space in the MyTT app. It seems blocked for TRE (Tunisiens Résidents à l'Étranger ). I could no longer pay my bills through this app. I contacted TT through their official Facebook page and no answer there. I couldn't contact them through the app, could I? It's a pity and a shame for a national telecom company to behave like this. I'm seriously thinking leaving this mobile career for good.
