Ratings and reviews

It keeps prompting me to let it install VPN permissions, but the button to do so does nothing. Then, when I go to settings and try to do it there, the button for the applicable menu doesn't do anything either. I'm probably gonna cancel my subscription pretty soon if this can't be resolved. And yes, I've contacted support already. They told me to reinstall it, which I did to no avail.

Update: Gave it another go and still the same grayed out map. Force stopping, clearing cache... nothing seems to work. App opens to the map but everything is grayed out and it just sits there trying to load. Edit: This app just continued to be unreliable. Every time I try to go back to it, it fails to find any spots to connect to. The entire map is grayed out. When I search for a location, I get an error that nothing is found in that location, but I'm searching in the United States.

App used to be great. But for the last 6ish months I need to reinstall once a week cause it will open but sit in endless loading. Then after you reinstall it there is a 90% chance that no matter where you tell it to connect to it will connect you to TX regardless. Needs multiple reconnects before it switches from TX to where I want. I have communicated all of this with support multiple times, and they can never figure out what the problem is and they gave up. Wish I didn't pay 2 years in advance
