The app is suddenly showing that I am not subscribed and cannot watch the series that I have been watching all these while, yet my subscription is still clearly active. Not the first time this glitch happened. I have tried clearing data, cache, uninstalling and reinstalling, but to no avail. Still waiting for response from the customer service. Wasting my subscription fees.

Everything was ok until today when all the options have become "VIP" in my app. I've checked my subscription (the world pass one AUD 6.99) and payment has gone through like any other months, but I cant even watch the live channels anymore! It keeps saying this is NOT covered by my subscription, then I tried to "upgrade" it to see what would happen, and it says I've already subscribed. Also, every click that I made, it prompts those scamming Google App advert!!!! Has the app been hacked????

This app always crash or hang when you press fast forward to next episode and I always renew my subscription. I guess I need to rethink when time is up to renew the subscription. Why can't you learn from other online platform such as Netflix
