TVS Connect is an app to experience the products and services of TVS Motor Company. It brings to life the power of TVS SmartXonnect - India’s first 2-Wheeler connected technology making the riding experience easier, exciting and safer.

TVS SmartXonnect enabled vehicles – TVS iQube, TVS X, TVS Ntorq 125, TVS Jupiter Grande, TVS Ronin, TVS Apache RTR 200 4V and TVS Apache RR 310 BS VI, provide a host of features and insights customised for each of these brands.

SmartXonnect leverages the vehicle telematics unit of EVs to enable live vehicle tracking, Battery SOC, ride statistics, crash alerts, geofencing, charging status and more.

With Bluetooth pairing users experience Navigation Assist, Caller ID, SMS notifications, last parked location, ride statistics, crash alert, ease of service booking, voice assistant and more, riding and maintenance become intuitive.

With TVS Connect for Wear OS, you are always at the top with your vehicle's crucial information right on your wrists. With TVS Connect, you can see the vehicle information such as fuel/battery level, DTE, last ride distance, aggregate ride information, TPMS as per the vehicle support.

I'm experiencing a recurring issue with the TVS Connect app for my scooty. The app does not auto-connect with my scooter; every time I ride, I have to manually open the app and click "connect," which makes the process feel unnecessarily lengthy. My expectation was that, like many car systems, the app should automatically connect to my scooty whenever I start using it and my phone’s Bluetooth is active. Can you clarify if automatic connection is possible in the app?

Just doesn't work. As soon as you connect to the scooter (Jupiter 110), the app shows "Screen locked. Ride in progress" on a black screen and doesn't allow anything other than ending the ride. Showroom person demoing the feature was completely confused. TVS should stick to what they're good at: making good hardware. Their software team is clearly still learning the ropes, and it shows even in the awkward, unfriendly scooter LCD UX.

This app is not reliable at all. Even after paying for the subscription plan, I cannot see my vehicle location most of the time. Navigation is completely broken-either it doesn't work at all or it sends me to the wrong place or a longer route. To sync with my vehicle, I'm forced to uninstall and reinstall the app repeatedly. That alone shows how poorly built this app is. Ride status is inaccurate, battery percentage and odometer readings are wrong almost every time, and overall data cannot be
