signed up during derby and it wouldn't let me log back in after my first bet. it's system is broken and would not allow me to log in after resetting my password like 7 times. tried to contact customer support for over an hour with no response on anything. scummy business practices and no help. don't give them your money, because they will log you out of you account and keep it

Horrible service!!!!! Signed up online to bet on the Derby, but adding money to the account either cost an outrageous credit card fee ($5 to charge $10) or give Plaid access to my bank account. Decided it wasn't worth it so I went to close my account. Had to message customer service to do so. Took them 5 days to respond. They could only disable the account, not close it (complete BS). Went to rate the support I received and the ticket was closed so I'm unable to rate the support.

Very aggravating app. It does not say which day and time the races are. It promised a 25.00 credit for signing up-which I did not get. But worst of all, I tried several times to bet on a horse at the Kentucky Derby (that ended up winning!!) and it would not let my bet be fulfilled. I am very disappointed with this app. I still have almost 50.00 in the account because the bets did not go through. There are zero instructions with the app-it doesn't explain what is being seen on the app.
