Twistle is a communications App that enables providers, their services, and their patients to communicate through text messages, photos and more. Rather than deal with a bunch of different services to manage your day-to-day communication needs, Twistle lets you do it all in one place. Twistle is HIPAA compliant, plugged into various electronic medical record systems (EMRs) and integrated with YOUR answering service.

Twistle helps you get right to the point by sending a polite push notification to your phone. Send photos from your camera, describe symptoms, and even loop in other doctors for a second opinion.

I am unable to use the app. It just gives me an error message when I try to submit the form for refills and I am unable to start a new message as the area to type in is not there. I am just having to use the web version to reply. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it. I have also cleared the cache. No change.

I just uninstalled it to reinstall to see if it will fix the not being able to message anyone or fill out forms from my Long Covid clinic checking on me. I hope it works because it had been very frustrating and my phone is not old, S23. Will update later if it works. UPDATE: Still not working.

The app is fine when it doesn't log you out daily and require you to sign in again. It was fine for a while, but lately I've been getting logged out every day, and having to get a link sent via text to log in is annoying.
