I just uninstalled it to reinstall to see if it will fix the not being able to message anyone or fill out forms from my Long Covid clinic checking on me. I hope it works because it had been very frustrating and my phone is not old, S23. Will update later if it works. UPDATE: Still not working.

In spite of completing all available fields in the form, I receive an error message saying, "Submission does not contain required fields." Does the app not provide fields for all responses? What use is this app in that case?

The app is fine when it doesn't log you out daily and require you to sign in again. It was fine for a while, but lately I've been getting logged out every day, and having to get a link sent via text to log in is annoying.
