Ratings and reviews

Have to log in multiple times while trying to use the app. Continually get kicked off in the middle using the app.

This app has its perks, but glitches, freezes up, lags and has to be restarted on a regular basis.

Tyler Community already shows the guide for very 2020.1, but the update is not out yet. Anyone know when it will be available.

What’s new

App renamed to Shield Mobile
A Scan Plate button allows you to scan a plate to populate the Plate Number and State fields for vehicle searches.
RMS Person Search Results swipe left has a new Search NCIC button.
A new NCIC and Call Log tab has been added to the Call Details screen, displaying shared NCIC results from the CFS and the CAD call log.
