With Actrl, you can:

Actrl works across operating systems, including Windows, macOS, Linux, and ChromeOS. It behaves like a standard Bluetooth media keyboard, so it can work with any operating system that supports Bluetooth media-key input.
Actrl sends standard media-key commands directly to your computer. It does not stream audio or video.
A compatible Android phone, Bluetooth-enabled computer, and media player are required. Playback and mute status are not synchronized back to the app.
