It's very bad, you name it, but the most annoying thing is that it's SLOWet. The tech term for this situation is "Unreliable" for the rest of human life. It's even get worse after the last update. It's not about the graphics of the new UI. It's worthless compared to the reliability and performance of the app. You better invest in more capable software engineers. Cause, if I didn't need that app,l wouldn't waste my time writing this feedback, and then Uninstallit without saying a single word.

Very poor, server is always timed out. Update.. Useless animation every time I open the app. Managing various numbers and accounts is very poor and non logical. Update 2023, forced me to to update to use the app, before that app was not working and I couldn't renew my subscription for one day without notice! Although I see the same old interface with missing feature to add multiple numbers, or I cannot find anymore !! , more worse!

A very bad designed customer service support system, you are stuck in the queue for a very long time, and then some kind of a glitch happens for the app side. You have to repeat the queue again. Should've made a proper system to capture the session or the cache or something to prevent someone of repeating the queue again and again.
