It doesn't show the prices incl.uding VAT, which makes it so confusing when recharging the balance. It doesn't show the consumption on the home screen by default, I have to swipe to see the consumption. The highest amount to recharge is 200, and I have to pay 210 per month, so I have to recharge twice to pay the bill! It doesn't save the credit card information, so I have to re-enter the information twice every time I want to pay the bill.

The program receives constant updates, and whenever an update is released, I have to update the program. Sometimes the internet is slow, and sometimes this requires space, forcing me to delete applications from my device. This problem can be solved by back-end developer The program also requires an internet connection, so how can I renew my subscription whenmyinternthas already expired?! Furthermore, the price of the basic package, including tax, isn't clearly displayed, and there are no offers

The app is slow. The problem is that it lacks some features, and you need the internet to open it. How are we supposed to top up our internet or landline credit from the app if we don't have internet access? However, the app is nice and great, like Vodafone's. It works offline, but you have to turn on mobile data. Even without the internet, the app still works. Besides, WE's services aren't good, and their internet is slow, unlike Vodafone, which has faster internet for less. Honestly WE are bad
