It doesn't show the prices incl.uding VAT, which makes it so confusing when recharging the balance. It doesn't show the consumption on the home screen by default, I have to swipe to see the consumption. The highest amount to recharge is 200, and I have to pay 210 per month, so I have to recharge twice to pay the bill! It doesn't save the credit card information, so I have to re-enter the information twice every time I want to pay the bill.

The service is extremely poor, the internet is limited, and you're forced to subscribe to a landline to use the internet. They don't tell you the price of your bill; you have to set it yourself. This is a trick to make you pay a higher amount by mistake because sometimes It's short by a few piasters, and to pay it you have to top up with a full ten pounds, meaning 18 pounds after the discount. It's blatant fraud, and the service doesn't even last 12 days.

The app is very bad and extremely slow. It crashes every time I try to open it, and I have to keep closing and reopening it. I also have to log in most of the time whenever I try to open the app. Moreover, if I finish my data bundle or exceed the package time, the app does not work at all, and I have to turn on my mobile data to get an internet connection. I use Vodafone and e& apps, and they work perfectly even when my package has finished.
