Ratings and reviews

Barebones, but does what you need. The app, including the most recent update is just meh... Incredibly mediocre, no dark mode. That aside, on a good note, I don't find it to be buggy, and that is arguably the most important thing. While barebones, it has what you absolutely need. So, all-in-all, I have no real reason to not recommend it, so thumbs up for that! 👍 So give it a go.

The application simply closes on its own when attempting to log in. Completely non-functional. Confirmed after uninstalling and reinstalling on the same device. Go use the website and log in there instead. Much more stable experience. Navigating the site is a bit of a hassle, but once you're through the annoying popups telling you to use the application, it's overall a better experience. Reply to Axos Bank: less boiler-plate responses and more making the application work properly.

I really liked the previous UI, and I really enjoyed the graph that showed me how much I was earning monthly, where can I find it now? The monthly interest earnings and total accrued interest information has been hidden in a more cumbersome location, click the APY section. UFB Direct is really good tho, never have had a problem with deposits or withdrawals. They don't warn you when they're reducing the APY on your account so do check monthly if that's a big factor for you.
