I i just logged in after seeing that email regarding my genius savings account being transferred. And initially, it was all right, because I think I used the Web to do so. afterwards when I created my account, I downloaded the app, however, while the process of logging in was fairly easy, navigating the app had some stumbles that I wasn't really expecting, navigating from one place to another. It's very Chunky, or there is a delay whenever I want to go to another page or access any information.

Interest rate is different in the app than it is in the website. I linked an external account to facilitate transfers, but I do not need or want to see account information from that account on the dashboard. This is a totally separate account; I dont want to see a combined total for both. Just muddies the water. Only time will tell if I keep my money with Axos. Former Jenius account holder, where the app was great.

I've used Axos for years now. I love that there are no fees and that I get paid interest on both checking and savings balances. But lately the app keeps getting worse and worse. Sometimes when I log in it won't show my accounts at all and acts like I don't have any. Sometimes it shows inaccurate balances that make no sense. It is unacceptable that the balance is displayed incorrectly when transactions have populated. Does not meet expectations or perform the basic functions it is designed for.
