Ratings and reviews

Better than most bank apps, but all I really want it to do is send push notifications for transactions and deposits, and it only does that within about an hour of the last time I log into it, after which point it doesn't send any until I sign in again. Defeats half the purpose of the app :/ edit: No longer usable. App launches and only shows the axos logo. Clearing its cache and local storage, even reinstalling it, doesn't help. Using a Samsung S10e.

Decided I wanted to have my card shipped to a different address for convenience. They reached out to me, and asked me to confirm I want it shipped to the address on my account. Case status was closed somehow. I followed up with a couple questions. Days pass and they ignore my questions and now want me to fill out a form to ship the card, instead of just confirming. Also cant request a business card on the website, but was able to order one on the app for some reason? Absolute dogwater.

This is by far the worst user experience on a banking app I've ever had and I've tried BoA, SoFi, Wells Fargo, and a dozen different credit card accounts. It's difficult to navigate, freezes, and buries important information. There's also a delay of several days when you initiate transfers before any information appears in the account confirming it is in process. After 2 days, I thought something was wrong and it didn't submit, but on day 3 they finally showed something. No email, nothing.
