Ratings and reviews

I have only had the dissatisfaction of having to use Axos Bank because they acquired JeniusBank (my previous savings account). Jeniusbank had a great UI, easy to use, and a 4.05% APR. Axos bank app has a horribly slow interface, it lags when pressing one button, does not reflect actual amounts in my accounts, and takes up to longer than a week to display the proper amount, with a painstakingly long transfer period. With no communication or clarity, my APR is now 3.68% through Axos.

Glitches for me on my device & very slow on deposits from refunds & other transactions as well more often than not. Could just be the bank itself but as far as I know everything is electronically so should be easy to get money into account faster. Used to be faster just has been slow regardless of updating & speaking to customer service. Hopefully this improves.

I i just logged in after seeing that email regarding my genius savings account being transferred. And initially, it was all right, because I think I used the Web to do so. afterwards when I created my account, I downloaded the app, however, while the process of logging in was fairly easy, navigating the app had some stumbles that I wasn't really expecting, navigating from one place to another. It's very Chunky, or there is a delay whenever I want to go to another page or access any information.
