PushupAI is an Android tool for everyday push-up training. Place your phone in front of you in a well-lit, single-person setup. The app recognizes movement on the device and counts a rep after a complete lowering-and-return cycle.
Use automatic counting to see your repetitions as you train, without keeping count yourself. Hear voice cues as you complete reps. Review sessions in a calendar and statistics view. Choose standard or narrow push-up mode for your workout; in narrow mode, the app can prompt you to bring your arms in when the movement is clearly not a match.
You can also sign in for cloud records, the activity plaza, and profile features. Basic local workouts do not require sign-in.
Privacy: movement recognition runs on your phone and training footage is not uploaded. Diagnostic workout logs are recorded only when you choose to enable them, and they do not include camera images, video, or audio.
For a steadier experience, keep the phone fixed in front of you, train alone, and use adequate lighting. The app estimates movement from camera pose data; it is not a substitute for coaching, medical, or professional fitness advice.
