About this app

PushupAI is an AI camera push-up counter for everyday training. Place your phone in front of you in a well-lit, single-person setup. The app runs pose recognition on your device and counts a repetition after a complete lowering-and-return cycle.

Train with a real-time camera view and a calibrated depth-target cue. The cue helps you keep a consistent lowering range for counting, while the app gives ready-position guidance before the workout begins. It is a training aid, not a full form assessment: it does not decide whether your chest touches the floor or replace a coach.

Optional account features

Basic local workouts do not require sign-in. Google sign-in can provide profile features, cloud record synchronization, and the Activity Plaza when those features are available in your account. Some cloud and leaderboard features may require an active membership.

Privacy

The live camera view is used on the device for pose recognition. PushupAI does not upload original camera images or training video to its business servers. Optional diagnostic workout logs are stored only when you choose to enable them and contain pose keypoints and recognition states, not photos, video, or audio. Account, membership, leaderboard, and cloud synchronization features need a network connection and process the information described in the privacy policy.

Limits

PushupAI is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. It is not a replacement for professional coaching or medical advice. Results can vary with phone placement, camera angle, lighting, occlusion, movement range, and device performance. Use the count and cues as assistance for recording your workout.
