I'm having trouble connecting my ear clip. The app isn't detecting it despite multiple attempts since I got it months ago. My phone's Bluetooth finds the clip faster than the app. I've restarted my phone, toggled Bluetooth, and reinstalled the app, but the app still won't connect, though my phone detects the ear clip fine. I hope for a simple fix or update. Any tips are appreciated.

I hope devs see this and take action. Add the option to have widgets for Android so we can accurately see the battery percentage for each earpiece and the last battery status of the case when it was last connected. This way we will not be fiddling with the app all the time.

Worst ever app. At first the app detects the Headphones and when I'm trying to toggle the headphones settings it says that a link for the headphones settings is unavailable and rendering this app is useless. You could see the headphones connect but you can't even toggle with the headphones settings.How Am I supposed to turn on EQ, surround sound and even Noice Cancelation? If Ugreen resolve this Issues I appreciate it. As of now I'm rating this app 1 star.
