I'm having trouble connecting my ear clip. The app isn't detecting it despite multiple attempts since I got it months ago. My phone's Bluetooth finds the clip faster than the app. I've restarted my phone, toggled Bluetooth, and reinstalled the app, but the app still won't connect, though my phone detects the ear clip fine. I hope for a simple fix or update. Any tips are appreciated.

what's the point on having to create an account for this? so sick of giving my email to every single app/site I need to use. the app wasn't lock behind a login before and it worked perfectly fine.

the new update on ugreen studio pro 0.2.9 is suck the powerfull bass is gone in spatial sounds the 3d effect is gone we need to get back that asap or roll back the last ver of that firmware and we lost the reason why we buy studio pro in the first place and the sound is kinda same even that's have a woofer and tweeter and even how I turn eq apps or set the everything it's feel just same 🥹
