why when I want to find my earphones, the apps go crash, and restart it back to normal. but, the location is there, stated incorrectly. why you have that option but instead not operation properly like other apps such as BASEUS, the apps so much superior that this, the spatial audio has 3 function, normal, music and movie theater.. I hope you fix ASAP and ADD that option for Movie also, right now have only function for Music.

for me the product is good but not the good is the app the software is bad the response is delay i switch between mode is too delay the soundcore and baesus audio app is better it needs improvement

The app works well with my UGREEN Studio Pro headphones and provides useful controls, but it really needs a Dark Mode option and a Custom EQ. These two features would greatly improve usability and allow users to get the best sound from their headphones.
