I purchased "my Ruby" from Amazon back in February of 2021. Absolutely loved. Works very well. Even bought the wet scrubby and vacuum change over. Worked great until a week ago after coming home, opening app all for it to tell me my device isnt connected. After trying all of the basic restart device tactics still nothing. No way of contacting company! Very disappointing 😞😕

Non functional application, doesn't allow you to select a WiFi network when adding a device. It opens the Android WiFi prompt but doesn't allow you to actually pick one so you can't pair the device. (Android 11) Also requests intrusive permissions unnecessary for the service (phone, file and image, camera access). App is in English but seems translated with little effort and has bad formatting .

Device and app have gone backwards, it will not load at all on my s22 ultra. All the useful feature have disappeared since updating. I have lost control of the T10, so it's stuck in to what was pre programed before, and I can not change it even using another device. Update... no response from the company or devs. Been in touch with amazon going to return for a refund. They stipulated a 2 year guarantee.
