I gotta say this app is a game changer. It is easy to use and is a great way to track progress. I would reccomend using it in conjunction with the books to make sure the routines are structured properly. It is no issue at all to add warm-ups, extra sets, and extra exercises to any routine. Like all things 5/3/1 make sure you are using the right numbers and you will be golden EDIT: Fantastic support, the man took a lot of time to get things fixed for me, an A+ human.

After one of the more recent updates, I'm completely unable to initiate a workout without paying for a subscription. I'm no longer able to do workouts I was allowed to do a few months ago? Apparently some templates are free, but there's no indication as to which ones are free vs paid. App is also extremely buggy and consistently needs to be closed and reset to use. I couldn't ever see myself paying for such a poorly performing app. Maybe a one-time fee (not $90 lol), if the app was stable.

Hands down the best looking, most customizable 5/3//1 option out there. Even if you don't like the 100 or so variations available, just make your own. There are three missing features: * No ability to program in an empty bar for warmups (unless 0% weight works as a hack) * No ability to set a minimum weight. For example, the deadlift to get enough height off the ground * Missing cardio exercises But these are all minor. The app is simply outstanding and a joy to use!
