This app has been nothing but trouble. Nothing works. Enter stuff 20 times and pops up system error. Call directly and get auto phone menu for 15 minutes before you can even talk to someone who knows nothing about anything. I go through this every month just to pay my bill. Cutting card and removing this worthless app is my best option.

I have a Samsung Galaxy S8, and tried to access my bank via the mobile app on 9/10. It now says the app isn't compatible with this device, and short of downloading from a third party, I no longer have access to mobile banking unless I shell out hundreds of dollars for a new phone. I understand the security concerns with older devices, but there should've been some warning in the months leading up to this change at the very least.

I just don't like the interface of the newest update; it's a bit messy. The older version was a lot cleaner & easier to navigate. The updated UMB app is wonderful. I can get everything I need done quickly & efficiently. I really like how it notifies me of my balance after each purchase.
