The app is not very user friendly. It is very difficult to get hold of the customer care. I tried to return a product but the pick up guy refused to take it because it's picture was not visible. That is the fault with the app, but still I am being troubled with it. Then, the app doesn't show the return request and it's update. Very difficult to keep track.

Worst customer support and return exchange policies. I'd recommend against shopping on UNIQLO India app because the first order I placed had been indefinitely delayed and I know I'll never receive it for which I had to cancel though I was eagerly waiting for it to arrive. Customer support is just a chat and they say refund won't be processed unless the parcel is back in the warehouse. How is it customer's responsibility if the parcel got misplaced? Bad bad service. Shame on you!

App is okay but delivery service is worst if you return the product They will not come easily to pick up orders and the company will not refund the amount until They get product. And irony is They deduct pick up delivery amount.
