Being away from your computer doesn’t mean you have to miss out on task management anymore. Unit4 Tasks is a well-designed application that allows you to respond to your work items on the go so that tasks are swiftly routed on to the next stage within the business process. This makes everyday tasks infinitely more productive from your mobile devices wherever and whenever is most convenient for you.

Use the Unit4 Tasks app to:
- Stay organized with real-time sync of tasks
- Approve, forward or reject tasks along with other user defined actions
- Ensure passcode protection
- GL analysis edit for invoices is now possible: account, custom fields 1-7, tax system can now be edited, validated, and saved
- Search available values for each field
- Update fields and values based on current selection
- Save changes when the task is processed

What’s new

- Push notifications are now triggered automatically to alert users when new tasks are assigned.
- We have introduced a notification badge that informs you about new tasks assigned so that none of them are left unnoticed or unreviewed.
- We have fixed an issue that caused an error to appear when you tried to approve invoices from a different client than the one where they were created, and the tax system or tax code existed only in one of these clients.
