The Klein Tools TI220 Thermal Imager App enables your smartphone to work as a thermal imager. You can easily adjust meter settings, or capture, store, and share high-quality photos and video all through the App.

There is a glitch in the matrix. Photo capture nor video capture works as intended. When pressing either capture button, the permissions screen does not pop up. To allow the app to work as intended. Miscommunication between Samsung s22+ and the app. Other than these major issues, it does as intended. Fix it please!

The thermal imaging is great, but I can not take a picture or record a video. Permissions not available for anything to allow storage of pictures or video. Otherwise, this is a handy tool that comes with USB extenders for phones in cases.

The hardware is exactly what I expected it to be. Basic for troubleshooting but I am glad I can adjust emissivity for all the stainless motors I work with. I do wish the app could be set to take a picture from both the imager and the phone camera. Right now I manually do both.
